Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the electronic withdrawal form on this page or send us a clear statement by email to info@bidpilot24.com.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you owe us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period begins on the day of the conclusion of the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Informal withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract at any time without a form β€” by email to info@bidpilot24.com or by post to our address in the Legal Notice. If you do not know your BP customer number or the organization owner's email, or cannot use that owner email as your own contact address, include all available details that may help identify the contract, such as the organization name, account email, plan, invoice or contract details. We manually record these submissions even if the organization cannot be identified immediately. No contract or payment change is made before manual association and review.

Electronic contract withdrawal

Consumers can use this function to submit a withdrawal declaration for a contract concluded online. No reason is required. For an ordinary subscription cancellation, use the subscription area; this declaration is routed to the provider for processing of the contractual and billing consequences.

Withdraw from a contract

Section 356a BGB requires your name for the withdrawal declaration; it is not added to your profile. Also enter either the customer number or the organization owner's email. The acknowledgment goes to the owner email stored for the organization.

Customer numbers start with BP-. The email must belong to an organization owner. If it matches multiple organizations, use the customer number.

We store your name, contact details, available contract information and receipt time to process your declaration. For an electronic submission, the acknowledgment goes to the owner email on file; informal submissions may be manually recorded before an organization is identified. Under the current retention rule, processed and manually recorded submissions are kept for up to six years after the end of the calendar year of receipt; unverified electronic submissions are deleted after 14 months.
